Paid Media Strategy Review
Find out exactly where your paid media is underperforming — and what to do about it.
What This Is
The Paid Media Strategy Review is a focused, expert analysis of your current paid media setup. Not a surface-level checklist — a proper investigation into how your channels are structured, what's working, what isn't, and why.
You get a written report with findings and prioritised recommendations, followed by a 90-minute live debrief where we go through everything together and you can ask anything.
Typical outcome
Most businesses who go through this review find 3–5 significant areas of improvement — from measurement gaps to budget misallocation to targeting issues — that were invisible from inside the business.
What I Review
Tracking & Attribution
Is your conversion tracking firing correctly? Is your attribution model giving you an accurate picture of what's actually driving revenue?
Creative & Messaging
Is your creative optimised for each platform? Are you testing systematically or boosting sporadically?
Channel Mix & Budget Allocation
Is your budget allocated based on actual performance data — or history and habit? Where are you over- or under-invested?
Campaign Structure
Are your campaigns structured to let the platforms optimise toward your actual business goal?
Audience & Targeting Strategy
Are you reaching the right people? Are you excluding the wrong ones? How are lookalike and retargeting audiences structured?
Measurement & Reporting
Can you answer: what's my CAC by channel, what's my payback period, and what am I actually getting for my ad spend?
The Process
1. Intake & Access
You complete a short intake form and grant read-only access to your ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) and GA4/analytics. No changes made without your approval.
2. Deep Review
I spend a week inside your accounts — reviewing campaign structure, audiences, creative, tracking, and spend data. I pull in external benchmarks for your industry and stage.
3. Report Delivery
You receive the full written report with findings, analysis, and prioritised recommendations. Time to read it before our debrief.
4. Live Debrief
90-minute video call to walk through the report together. Ask anything. Pressure-test the recommendations. Leave with a clear action plan.

Who This Is For
Right for you if...
You're spending €50,000–€500,000+/month on paid media and want an expert external view. You suspect there are improvements to be made but aren't sure where to focus. You're about to scale spend and want to get the foundations right first. Or you've just taken on a new agency and want an independent assessment of the setup.
Not right for you if...
You're spending less than €10,000/month — at that stage, basic setup improvements matter more than a strategic review. Come back when you're scaling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you need access to our ad accounts?
Yes — read-only access to your paid media accounts and analytics is required. I never make changes without your explicit approval.
Q: What if we only run one channel (e.g. just Google)?
That's fine. The review can be scoped to a single channel or platform — the price and process are the same.
Q: Can this lead to a fractional engagement?
Yes — many clients start with a Strategy Review and then move into a retainer. The audit gives us both a clear picture of what's needed and whether we're the right fit.
Q: Can we share the report with our agency?
Yes. The report is yours. Many clients share it with their agency as a brief for the improvements identified.
