The Paid Media Strategy Review is a focused, expert analysis of your current paid media setup. Not a surface-level checklist — a proper investigation into how your channels are structured, what's working, what isn't, and why.

The Process

1. Intake & Access

You complete a short intake form and grant read-only access to your ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) and GA4/analytics. No changes made without your approval.


2. Deep Review

I spend a week inside your accounts — reviewing campaign structure, audiences, creative, tracking, and spend data. I pull in external benchmarks for your industry and stage.


3. Report Delivery

You receive the full written report with findings, analysis, and prioritised recommendations. Time to read it before our debrief.


4. Live Debrief

90-minute video call to walk through the report together. Ask anything. Pressure-test the recommendations. Leave with a clear action plan.

Yes — many clients start with a Strategy Review and then move into a retainer. The audit gives us both a clear picture of what's needed and whether we're the right fit.


Q: Can we share the report with our agency?
Yes. The report is yours. Many clients share it with their agency as a brief for the improvements identified.
